These event policies apply to all the visitors attending MODULA. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event venue, visitors agree to these policies and enter a contractual relationship with Loop’n’beat as the event organizer.

Loop’n’beat reserves the right to update these policies if necessary.

 

  1. Tickets and Access

    1. Entry to MODULA is only permitted with a valid ticket. Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the check-in. The wristband must be worn throughout the event and shown to staff or security upon request. Lost tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.

    2. Student tickets are valid only with a valid student ID presented during wristband exchange. If no valid student ID is shown, the difference to a regular ticket must be paid.

    3. Visitors under the age of 18 may attend free of charge, but only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian holding a valid ticket. Staff may request valid identification to verify age.

    4. Tickets are available exclusively through the official ticket page: loopnbeat.com/event-details-registration/modula

    5. Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact the organizer by email (info@loopnbeat.com) to update the name on the ticket.

    6. Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes, auctioned, or used for promotional giveaways without prior permission from Loop’n’beat.
       

  2. Security, Behaviour and Prohibitions

    1. Security may check bags when entering the buildings.

    2. Staff or security may request to see tickets, wristbands, or identification at any time. Visitors must follow instructions from the staff and security personnel.

    3. Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, artists, exhibitors, and staff. Please treat all musical instruments, modular equipment, and installations with care and respect. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

    4. Any damage caused by improper handling or careless behaviour is the responsibility of the person involved.

    5. Unauthorized sales, promotions, or advertising within the event area are prohibited.

    6. Dogs and other pets are not permitted inside the buildings, except for registered assistance dogs.

    7. Violations of these rules may result in access being denied or attendees being expelled from the event. In such cases, the ticket price will not be refunded.
       

  3. Program changes and Cancellations

    1. The organizer reserves the right to adjust entry times or modify the event program without prior notice.

    2. If artists or exhibitors cancel their participation, or the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
       

  4. Photography and Video

    1. Photography and video recordings will be made during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending the event, visitors agree that such material may be used by Loop’n’beat across various media channels.
       

  5. Smoking

    1. Smoking is only allowed in designated fumoir areas or outdoors.
       

  6. Liability

    1. Participation in the event is at your own risk. Loop’n’beat is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings, or any other damages. The use of the cloakroom is at the visitor’s own risk.
       

  7. Data Protection

    1. Personal data provided by the ticket buyer and owner is stored and processed by the organizer for the purpose of mutual contract fulfilment. The organizer may use the data to provide updates and information about the event.

  8. Payments and Drinks

  1. On-site payments may be made in cash or via TWINT.

  2. Drinks will be available at the venue.

  3. Bringing food or drinks into the buildings is not permitted.
