KRK Systems, named after founder Keith R. Klawitter, began in 1986 as a quest by the film mix engineer to build clearer, more accurate studio monitors, evolving from custom-built speakers for industry pros to global success with its iconic yellow-coned ROKIT series, becoming a staple in home studios for electronic music producers by offering affordable, punchy, and versatile sound for mixing and DJing.
